Nothing fancy but this is my new place in Indianapolis. It's a duplex, $600 a month, 2 bed, 1 bath, allowed pets, and 1 car garage really hard to find a place like this lol. Landlord pays for water and trash.

Mine is the one on the right.

Like I said nothing fancy, and not a party place, but works for me living on my own. And if people want to come visit I've got a spare room. Just warning for the summer time though, I don't have a/c lol. But I'm 4 miles from downtown.

you don't have a/c? WTF?

Nope no a/c but honestly it hasn't been to bad for me. Some window fans and I'm ok. If my family was with me I would have searched harder and in a better school area for Zac, but since I"m living on my own and had to go cheap as fuck it was really hard to find a place that was under $800, allowed pets AND had a garage.

When does your fam join you?

They are not joining me. They moved up to University Place, WA (next to Tacoma, south of Seattle) and I'll be joining them in a year or so.

FYI, you can't level a pool table with a level. Not accurate enough.

Thanks for the heads up, but if you know the proper way why not post that at the same time your telling me I'm doing it wrong.

Funny a quick search and that is all I can find is people using levels, marbles and pool balls to level a pool table.

And since I'm broke and a cheap ass I made myself a paper towel roll and a TP holder.

Basically our organization got selected to be part of the BRAC (the base closer thing), they were giving us bonuses to stay with the organization (18% on year, 25% this year and next year) and gave us a bunch of programs to use like one that helps us sell our house, if it doesn't sell the government buys it from us.

Job got moved up here to Indianapolis. Wife and I figured it would be a good time to get back to the west coast like we have wanted to for years, so they went ahead and moved near Seattle, and I"m staying in Indy for a year or so.

Well it's fun trying to squeeze into a one car garage when you are use to a two car garage and a storage shed. Sadly I need a few more tools (air compressor) but I really don't have room for that stuff lol. Definitely need to get one on wheels.

Use the level the get it rough, but the easiest way is just to roll the balls around the table and watch which way they're breaking. Adjust until the balls roll straight in all directions.

Oh definitely, I don't go straight off the level, level get's things close then I roll a ball and watch it.
