2 heaping spoon fulls of plain greek yogurt
1 banana
6 strawberries
10 blueberries
1 1/2 scoops unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tbsp agave nectar
almond milk to consistency

1. Put all the shit in a blender. Pour almond milk in last.
2. Blend that shit.

A medium banana has between 25-30 carbs, I'll give you that.

Greek Yogurt has 9 carbs per serving....

Strawberries and Blueberries are negligible...

2 tbsp agave has 32 carbs with a high glycemic index so they process quickly...

So that's about 70? For the only thing I eat until lunch after an hour long work out? Think that's okay.
