why? old, slow, expensive. you'll always be messing with the carbs and hunting for parts half way across the world via the internet. No thanks.

No, Im buying, lol, the guy needs to sell due to a house payment. So I've always wanted a cafe racer, so I figured why not a Norton

Norton's aren't exactly known for reliability. If your wanting a cafe racer a Japanese Bike is a better choice. Norton's are neat, but parts are not common this side of the pond and electronics have never been the strong suit of the brits.
