Rules and Regulations for the bikes:
The rules are quite simple. The bike must be tagged/registered, and be able to drive on it's own within the given "area". If you are far away, it is fine to trailer the car to save the cost of gas that you would use, so long as the bike can drive a fair distance on it's own.

There are no regulations on displacement, power adders, or tire sizes and composition.

Call outs, Rank changes, and other technical rules to be covered:

Call outs are quite simple. All you need to do is make a post in this thread, or in this forum, saying you are calling out so and so, PMing them works as well, so long as you inform me of the call out and outcome so I can adjust the ranking system accordingly. If you do post the call out in this thread, please do not argue back and forth and banter up my thread, this thread is here for the sole purposes of conducting this ranking system, and other useful information that has relevance. If you feel the need to banter (talk shit) then please feel free to make a new thread in this forum.

If you have been called out, and refuse to race and/or the bike is broken, you will be given ample time to fix the problems with your bike, and/or work out a race between the two parties. Again, PM me so that I have a time window to go off of.

For instance, Tom calls out harry.

6. Tom

Harry ends up forfeiting his spot to Dick and Tom, and the bracket looks like this afterwards.

Because Tom and Dick have not raced, and Tom didn't actually beat Harry.

This ranking for this bracket system is quite simple. Call someone out above you, race them, PM me the outcome of the race, and the Rankings will be changed.

Miscellaneous Rules and Alterations:

Each bike/driver on the list, must be a member of KCSR, no exceptions to the rule, 1 mere post counts to being a member. Driver information will need to be provided to me Via a PM or a post in this thread, such as bike type, driver name, and state of residence. This is so I can add somebody to the list, and accurately represent both sides of the state line. Drivers with more than one bike will be allowed to take up an additional spot on this list as long as they meet the rules and regulations.

If you wish to be removed from the list, all you need to do is send me a PM or make a post in this thread and I will remove you and the driver/bike information you have given me.

I will edit this post and the list every day/night if applicable and ask you as my fellow members,to keep me updated if I miss something or make a mistake. I also ask that you guys keep it civil and keep the chatter to a minimum in this thread, There is a thread for this, it is the trash talking thread.
If you are not on the list, intending to be on the list, or have a direct impact to the list, (video or witness to race) please do not post in the thread.

All races must be performed within the 2008 year.

The list is well established so in order to get on the list, you must race and win against somebody on the list. If you race the bottom bike on the list and lose, you will be placed at the bottom. (This means you can't just race somebody towards the top of the list, barely lose, and get placed above those that have fought and clawed their way to where they are.)


I say put it back to simple, changes get made when a PM is sent to the list keeper, and ONLY then. Exception is if the list keeper is out and personally sees the race happen and knows the results.

I think also it'd be cool to on the 1st of every month just make a copy of the list and save it. Then after say 6 months or so, we could post it and show how people moved up or down.

Lastly, if a bike is broke for 5 weeks or more I think it should be taken off the list.

I was meaning by the posts and PMs on this thread. I am not saying anything by the track or street. Races are up to the people that are racing. I personal would perfer the track myself also ( although the race would be over before i were to hit the speed limit lol)

But yes the track - street are both accepted as forms of ranking on the list.

I agree with both of you. I am saying in order to move someone down from the list you would hace to race that person. But also if a proven track time of something crazy like in the mid or high eights, there is no point for a twelve second bike to race that person unless its just for fun

I hope that is not coming off the wrong way and i am only a medeator in this. I will abide by what everyone wants to do. I only did this thread to help out because i have a lot of free time at work lol.

i was just wondering how many more exscues you'll have david. it's nothing personal, it's just that you shouldn't talk about how you'd beat me when i gave you the chance, and in a controlled environment, i understand you wouldn't mind racing me now on your r1, but what's the point?

And Reid, don't worry thats not a block-off covering the exhaust port. I have a million of these at work and we install them on gauges. It's a filter, I wanted to keep foreign debris out of that port.

To determine which air cylinder port to use shift the non-running bike from 1st to 2nd gear noting which direction the shift cylinder moved. If it pulled, put the fitting in the port nearest the cylinder clevis. If it pushed, put the fitting in the port closest to the pivot mount. Make sure nothing is in the port that is not used. It must remain free and unobstructed.

Yes, I have receipts for everything.

I'd have to add everything up to tell you how much it'd cost the average joe.

Transmission is no where near 2k. Maybe, just MAYBE close to 2k if I my transmission and my spare transmission both with billet output shafts. But I'm not since I can switch out the billet output shaft.

All that I know for sure is that I launched it, the front wheel came up off the ground(and remember thinking, ok I can still save this run), the front wheel came back down and a split second later I remember going over the handle bars and then the next thing I remember is when I was in the grass and everyone was around me.

I wish I knew what happened.

The bike has lost both bottom plastics that I know of for sure, and not sure about the rest of it, but I know it still runs and drives :headbang:

The ONLY reason I ever gave him soo much crap is b/c he would never race me, he always would come up with an excuse. I have nothing against him or you for that matter, it's just when someone says they can beat me on someone else's 600 I wanted him to prove it to me. I never stated that I am any good at riding, I only stated I'm better than david, and have been waiting for him to prove otherwise.
