For sale is a 1997 Top-Kart race kart. The kart has a new blue printed Yamaha KT100 engine on it with around 3 to 4 hours on it. The kart also has a brand new Horstman clutch, new dunlop tires, new wheels, new hubs, new sprocket, new gas tank and fuel lines. the kart does have a small amount of body scrapes on it but nothing major. The kart comes with a starter and vertical kart stand that allows you to store the kart upright against a wall. I purchased the engine new from a kart shop and then put in around another $1500 on wheelsl, tires, hubs, tank and fuel lines. The kart doesn't have anything wrong with the frame. This kart is very fast and is capiable of doing well over 70mph. This is a great kart to get started in if youre wanting to take up racing. The kart is built for asphalt tracks. I didn't see this thread before. Do you know if this kart came from the Las Vegas area? If the "Russell" on the side is a previous owner, he's one of the top F125 autocrossers in the nation. This might be one of his earlier karts from the early 2000s.

The Russell is from "Russell Karts" http://www.russellkarting.com/ which is a local supplier/dealer in the KC area - lots of locals run those stickers as 50% of karts get worked done there to some extent.

It is a blast to ride, even though I already had problems w/the clutch (long story).

Nice, I hadn't heard of them before. :thumbsup: He uses #43, so I thought for sure it was one of his old karts.
