I don't have any pictures of the before but it was uninspiring to say the least. Typical box plastic bottom, boring 4x4 blue tiles painted white, nasty fake crystal shower handle.....to this!

Not done yet, but I'm so pumped about how it's turning out I couldn't wait to share.

I only WISH I was this talented at tiling. KC Flooring Solutions is doing the work for us.

That looks great! My little brother did a shower similar to this in my parents basement but it had a small bench seat in it.

Did the cover all of the hardie board with kerdi? Looks pretty solid!

Looks nice but what made you do so much smaller tiles on the floor?

Recommended by the guys that tiled it. Makes the shower look bigger.

Grouting tomorrow. Opted for a urethane grout so it should never get mold!!

Looks like quality work for sure! It also looks really nice. I am just not a huge fan personally of that color/style of tile in a shower stall that small. I assume you will be switching out the rest of the tile in the room to coordinate?

yup, but there are lots of plans and a limited budget, so one thing at a time.

At first I just glanced at the pics, and was like wtf, why are you using plywood in shower. then I looked again and saw it was slate. Looks great man. I want to do something like that

Yes! Look at that secksy biotch. That retard probably can't even see straight. Maybe that's why the tile is crooked.

Looks freaking awesome, but how the hell do you fit in there?! I assume those are 12" tiles, so that shower is less than 36x36?!

It's a teeny tiny shower. I wanted to do an open walk in shower and increase the size but due to the costs, complications and likely issues with keeping water contained, we opted to just stick with the original size and hope that the improvement in quality will help overcome the lack of size.

Is that your "master" bathroom shower? Or is this in a guest bedroom or something? Just curious.

Door installed and shower is officially done. Never mind the rest of the bathroom, that's getting redone too.

those are actually 18" (not 12s) right?

looks good either way but I can't imagine a 24x24 shower...
