"Finally, we sincerely apologize for some of the unprofessional manner in which the first letter you received was written. If any of the wording or statements in the letter you received upset you, please understand that that was not our intention. We do not wish to cause anyone to feel threatened or scared, it was simply to inform you that we have made your information available to the public via our website. We believe that you should be made aware that your information was posted to our website, and not be informed through a possible third party which would could cause you to suffer some embarrassment."

Too little too late Marshmallow Man.... Sounds like you realized that you fucked up royally! To say you didn't want to scare people or threaten people is complete and udder bullshit... thats exactly what you were trying to do... read over your first letter you sent out and tell me that you thought you were not hot shit when you were writing it... carefully choosing the wording of your letter to show your true agenda!!! Your a joke and you've changed your business model multiple times to try to cover your ass. What you need to do is remove the f-ing sorry excuse of a website and then remove yourself from society!!! Johnson County was a better place a month ago when you were just a sorry excuse for a human being... but now you have the whole world hating you in less than 2 weeks... Mr. Creed why don't you read Matthew 7:26!!! or are your claims of having a close church leader as a friend bull shit!!! I wonder why your church buddie didn't mention that profiting from others despair is wrong. Mr. Creed you yourself need some JESUS in your life!!! We should send this guy a bunch of WWJD bracelets and dump them all over his yard!!!

Blabbermouth where's the rebuttal to this???

Finding people in real life is also incredibly easy. People are creatures of habit. They tend to do similar or the same things, at the same places, each and every day. Sometimes it is easier to communicate with someone simply by going where they are and talking to them.

For the record: An unconditional offer to donate to his community was made I supported his community, and NOT to remove the thread, but BlabberMouth has since made an internal decision not to support the KCSR community and the $10,000 that was being budgeted to be donated.

oh really?

I asked YOU again, very nicely, to remove the thread. My information spread further, and you have now blatantly refused, no matter if you now say you won't take it down, even if I paid. I'm actually a VERY nice guy, but now I'm pissed, and those that know me this isn't a good thing.

His volunteer employees are also hypothetical. They were people who "were going to" help him. He lives in a hypothetical world. It is all future tense to him at the expense of a grasp of any type on reality.

He started his "business" and threatened people with extortion and exposure.
Then it was a market test to determine what changes needed to be implemented
Then he had imaginary employees who never actually did anything for their eventual compensation.
Then he was helping the city, educating people and reducing crime.
Then he was a fund raiser to help people who didn't want to be associated with him.
Then he became a non-profit organization overnight on a weekend.
Now it is about helping the children...

The only person he has convinced about any of this is himself. Hopefully his "business" partner and wife will realize this and distance themselves from the pending self destruction as soon as possible. None of this bodes well for his physical and emotional health.

People are blasting BlabberMouth for being "sleazy" and a lie... so with the owner of KCSR.org considered lying to the media... what should KCSR.org be considered? What wil the public think of them once the media is made aware of Erik Andre Radzins' lie? Working for the Media for 15 years of my life, one I thing I do know is you NEVER lie to any member of the media... you always state the truth, otherwise you will end up regretting bad decision, which turns into a media nightmare!

The media sources that quoted Mr. Radzins and specifically listed KCSR.org and it's attempt to gain notarity, free publicity, and fame due to BlabberMouth will be made aware of this recording over the next 48 hours... and since I have worked in Media for 15 years of my life, I'm cashing in a few favors owed to me

I have a strong feeling this will cause about as much of a stir in the media as a story about watching cars rust.

Recording someone without their knowledge is just one of the most basic weapons of an extortionist. He was probably hoping for something else.

Well, at least anyone and everyone who knows Matthew Creed now knows that he tapes phone calls. Watch out Jason. He likely has you on tape. Matt will make sure he won't go down alone. No honor among thieves, as they say.

MadSpleen_85
2012-07-03, 10:42 AM
I would assume he will have a set number of days to update his LLC information with the State of Kansas... You can't tell the state that you are operating a business in an address which you do not have access to, IF he actually has moved.

Might be worth the Sheriff's Office or District Attorney's Office looking into if they are not already.

Mr. Creed continues to dig himself a deeper hole and then continues to try to cover his tracks. It seems he is VERY slowly realizing how dumb this idea was/is. First there was a map, then it was hidden, then it suddenly reappeared on the front page after people pointed out (on KCSR) that the map was still online and easily accessible.

Clearly, Mr. Creed is unfamiliar with the way the internet works, not to mention the power of KCSR.org that he has unleashed on himself.

My earlier offer (http://kcsr.org/showthread.php?p=1830498#post1830498) to Mr. Creed and Mr. Showalter still stands as well.

If he ends up being able to hide, we can just form a nice little Saturday night cruise / search party to go hit up all the apartment complexes in the metro area. Someone has to know what kind of cars him and his wife drive and I bet he wouldnt be that hard to find.

I don't know why you continue this asshat to troll this site. What should happen is everyone start making stupid suggestions on how to run his site, since he seems to be following everything said on here, even though it's too late.

His apartment complex did NOT move him. If his lease was up June 30th then he chose to move to a different property but the complex itself would not voluntarily move you. My girlfriend is the manager of an apartment complex and you aren't getting moved simply because you are a scared little phaggot.

The best thing is to stick to the guns already used. Let him lie himself in circles and post any publically available information anywhere you damned well please.

Stick to using his own tactics against him. That way if he objects it makes him look more the douchebag as well as gives him a taste of his own medicine.

It strives to strengthen and preserve the health, safety, and welfare of the community. To that end, it has exclusive power to enact, amend, and repeal public policies; to levy and apportion taxes, make appropriations, and adopt budgets; to establish strategic plans to guide organizational performance; and to appoint the County Manager and certain offices, boards and commissions.

I'm not picking a fight. I was not aware that there were rules and I am very proud that even at my ancient age I learn new shit every day.

So, I just want to see the rules to make sure I use my memes properly, ya know?

Anyway, Offensive, if you take that as a challenge and want to go piss about it, then let's start a new thread so we don't derail this one, ok?

EA are you going to follow up on him posting that recorded phone call and the wall of text?

@ Blabber Mouth

The simplest solution for this problem is to simply admit you made a REALLY bad judgement call and take the website down. Then replace the site with a public apology.

There is no problem in making a mistake (no matter the size), so long as you have the balls to realise it is just that and then rectify it. LEARN!

Pushing on when there is such an enormous negative outcry from the public only further cements your narcissistic personality disorder.

If you want to achieve anything ever, start to listen to the world around you, running headlong into everything looking for confrontation is only going to end up with you sobbing in the corner crying out 'mummmy, mummmmmmy' and sucking your thumb.

Matthew Creed (30 years old) is a famous disk jockey. ... the youngest paid on-air DJ in a Top-30 Nielsen Rated market, being only 14 years old when he did his ...

That has since been changed to:

Matthew-Michael Lynford Creed is a disc Jockey and voice actor. He is best known for his DJ work as "Surge" on KCHZ Channel Z95.7 FM, for which he holds the record of being the youngest paid on-air DJ in a Top-30 Nielsen Rated market, being only 14 years old when he did his first broadcast in 1996.

Notice anything significant missing from that last summary on Spokeo. That's right "famous" is missing. Who put "famous" there in the first place?

No normal human can take the backlash that Matthew Creed has and not stop what he is doing. So, I don't think appealing to "the reasonable man" theory is going to work.

He has photos with celebs, and claims to be a "ACTOR + RADIO DISC JOCKEY + VOICE ACTOR + IMPERSONATOR". Does his own wikipedia page. Has considered himself "famous" at least at one time, and now a self-proclaimed media relations authority. This is someone who needs to be in the spotlight.

But, now he is famous again, albeit not in a way he hoped, but "oh well...the price of fame". I am not so sure he would be that disappointed being charged with a crime. He would become even more famous...for another 15 minutes.

Fascinating.

Has PayPal assessed the risk of processing payments for Blabbermouthkc.com? Are they in VIOLATION of PayPal's Acceptable Use Policy?
Processing payments for organizations that are involved in questionable activity exposes companies like PayPal to serious legal problems, not to mention chargebacks.

I found it interesting listening to this interview with a mugshot removal owner that PayPal was no longer going to process payments for him. He is Adam Dicker. He has a company that processes payments to unpublish mugshots from Mugshots.com. Adam has a reputation of his own. Read about his experience while at GoDaddy (do a Google search).

http://www.unpublishmugshots.com/ - his removal site

Online Reputation Repair: Seizing a New Business Opportunity – With Adam Dicker
http://www.domainsherpa.com/reputation-repair/

Why exactly is PayPal stopping payment processing for him? Could it be that they are aware of the exposure? Listen to him talk about how much money moves through PayPal. And, PayPal does not want it?

Not surprisingly, and ironically, he has a site called Assholes.com where you can complain. Very convenient for a mugshot removal company and Reputation Management company. They can have it removed. His properties create the problem and then they solve it for you.

-----------------------------------

What does this mean in regards to Blabbermouthkc.com? Well, he is in the same business as Blabbermouthkc.com and PayPal would not refuse an easy fee if they felt their was exposure much greater than the money. In my opinion, they know exactly what he is doing. Even the other "Authorized" Mugshots.com removal Affiliate is no longer using PayPal.

So, Blabbermouth uses PayPal for "required donations".

Within the PayPal Acceptable Use Policy

4. "involve the sales of products or services identified by government agencies to have a high likelihood of being fraudulent."

This is just one. It does not say already deemed fraudulent, it says "a high likelihood of being fraudulent."

What government agencies say they have a strong likely of being fraudulent? Fraudulent or criminal, they both expose PayPal to the same liability.

Well, here are three:

On top of the above examples, the likelihood of fraudulent or illegal activity is discussed in the various links on PAGE 1, and comprehensively on this KCSR thread.

There is a link to REPORT A WEBSITE TO PAYPAL with "a high likelihood of being fraudulent" at the bottom of the page.

That's great! If he can move it from within, that helps. Paypal Sr Management is very familiar with his shady industry, so opportune time to present.

Please ask him to keep us posted. However, it would still help if people email PayPal. It does not take long.

People have to email, call, write, and tell others. Best to be documented. Once you document and send to elected officials and law enforcement, then there is proof that they were aware. And them being aware puts a known responsibilty on their shoulders. Should something transpire either expected and unexpected, then you were responsible in bringing it to their attention, and they will be held accountable on what the decide to do or not do.

Nevermind. Mr. Creed. Go $&@? Yourself.

I understand this. Would not put it that way myself, but I understand the root of the anger.

In these hard times for all, we will hear more of this as more people are threatened and extorted. I would love if everyone that felt like TheWhiteDevil, would communicate their frustration on this site, but also in a form appropriate for the media, law enforcement, County Commissioners, Governer, and Attorney General.

But don't get me wrong, this is justified anger. I understand TheWhiteDevil. And, know that they will not succeed. Everyday that goes by they will regret not turning away from what they are doing to people.

As more of these comments are posted, the posts that show people what they can do...who they can email, call, write, or complain to are buried in the thread.

Anyway to have a Blab Resource Only thread, so that people who feel like this can also choose one, two, three, or more (or just one) people in authority to contact?

People could still post "specific things you can do" on this thread, but also on the Blab Resource Only, where specific emails, form letters, etc are listed. For example, the poster who just listed the hard to find Sheriff's email. Most people will not sift through this thread to see the many posts where people can contact someone to stop.

Lot's more coming.

This Virtual Directory does not allow contents to be listed.

thats weird i got directed directly to their paypal page when i went through the affiliate site form.

i did choose "other" as selected reason for removal. maybe that made a difference?

my personal opinion is that paypal, google and others are well aware these people are profiting from these scams and do not care until they get noticed or complained about too much. i am sure both google and paypal have made quite a bit themselves off of these operations.

what makes me say this? because internetreputation.com just did a press release on corporate media websites through one of their main Press Release partners: prnewswire.com, which distributes the press releases to the major media.

They now have articles on major media websites like yahoo and others. and who does internetreputation.com do removals for? none other than arrests.org!

This is such a sham! all these websites do is extort people for money and then they just add the noindex meta directive for the mugshot site page in question. why is our media endorsing them!?????????? they should be implicated as well. how dare they display these companies as legitimate businesses.

Over the next 24-48 hours, we will begin our transition to our new business model thanks to multiple threats against myself and my family and because of a big ass thread about me on KCSR.org (http://www.kcsr.org). Would you believe that those guys exposed my personal information for the world to see. Can you believe that? How un-ethical can you be. I mean I am exposing people's info, yes. But the people I am exposing are criminals. How do I know they are criminals? They got arrested and in America you don't get arrested unless you are guilty. So those guys at KCSR.org (http://www.kcsr.org) can just bite me. Especially that guy Eric, he's just a big meanie. During this time, the site will be not be down at all because I finally found out how to make changes without turning everything off.

"They got arrested and in America you don't get arrested unless you are guilty"

What kind of idiotic statement is that? You are not guilty if you are under arrest.

I've been reading and watching everything that has gone on here....waiting to see more and more of what this idiot has to say, and stuff like that statement right there just shows his complete and utter ignorance towards his own chosen 'profession.'

What a tool.

2012-07-05, 01:45 PM
I agree Mr. Creed is a nuisance and needs to be stopped. However, most of what is being thrown about here is of little consequence to the objective of bringing down BlabberMouthKC.com.

The reality check here is that most of what Mr. Creed is doing is 100% legal and a small amount falls into a gray area that we must exploit if we want him charged criminally.

The most essential thing that must happen is that a 'victim' must come forward. As far as I know, while people have complained, nobody has actually filed an official police report and agreed to testify against Mr. Creed. Police are not in the business of looking for victims, they simply respond to complaints.

Is it possible to identify who received the initial 'threat' letters from Mr. Creed? Also, is it possible to know who (if anyone) paid Mr. Creed for a removal based on receipt of that letter? If yes to either one, then a real effort needs to be made to implore those people to call police and be willing to sign a complaint.

Fortunately, criminal charges against Mr. Creed are not our only weapon.

We need to break Mr. Creed's business model down and how he achieves that plan.

The BlabberMouthKC website is extremely crude, but it tells us a lot about Mr. Creed's business.

For one, it appears he has to input all the site's content manually and does not use any sophisticated bots or programming to automate propagation. This means Mr. Creed has to put a lot of man-hours into a site that is not generating any income. This alone will most likely play a big part in silencing his site eventually.

Also, it is obvious from his site that he relies greatly on 3rd party services from providers such as PayPal, Google Maps, a 3rd party site host etc.

If we can find cause to terminate Mr. Creed's ability to access those free third party services, that will also cripple him.

Someone previously mentioned PayPal.

I suggest a quicker router with a more substantial impact would be Google Maps. Google implements similar TOS among its many brands - like YouTube.

My understanding is that Google shares the same ideology in regard to privacy and images with most of its companies - specifically YouTube and Google Maps.

Google is pretty universal in its opinion that any images hosted via their products must have the permission of the person(s) appearing within the image - regardless if the image is a public record or was captured legally.

The only requirement is that someone has to actually complain and make a removal request to Google.

This has caused several very popular YouTube Partner channels to have to remove videos. The Young Turks and others who literally make hundreds of thousands of dollars from their YouTube videos have been forced to remove individual videos if a person in that video complains that their image was used without their permission. These channels keep quiet because they don't want people flooding to YouTube and Google to complain.

So, even though the mug shots used by Mr. Creed are a public record and are 'legal' Google only cares if the person in them does not want them published.

You need to get the word out that anyone appearing on BlabberMouthKC needs to go to the following link and fill out a complaint.

http://support.google.com/bin/request.py?contact_type=lr_legalother&dmca=images&product=maps

I caution people NOT to fill out complaints on behalf of others. These need to be valid complaints from the people appearing in the images.

I'd suggest posting this information to BlabberMouthKC's social media sites and to the comment sections of every article appearing about BlabberMouthKC.com.

Also, if you're serious about stopping Mr. Creed, you need to send postcards to each person appearing on BlabberMouth and let them know their rights and what they need to do - like filing a complaint with Google Maps.

Mr. Creed's inability to use Google Maps could end him all together as he does not have the financial means to have his own mapping software created.

The guy that owns mugshots.com is perfectly happy destroying people to get his money. All of these people that have sites like this are. Do you think Matthew Creed and Jason Showalter have any real regard for other human beings?

They can't get the mugshots up fast enough with their logo over them. Do you know why they put their logo on the mugshots? To keep the other scumbags like themselves from "scraping" the mugshots. They want to extort you too. They even steal mugshots from each other!

How many of these people that have been arrested are good people that are just experiencing tough times? More than we can imagine. Many of these people feel like they are at the end of their rope. And guys like Matthew Creed and Jason Showalter are all to happy to kick the chair out from under them if it means they can make a buck. In Blabbermouthkc.com's Description "meta tags", they even call their site mugshot "entertainment". Didn't Matt state that he laughed so hard at some he almost pissed his pants?

Their day to answer is coming very very soon. And, Matthew Creed and Jason Showalter will both be pissing their pants.

Here is a friend and a family that are not laughing, but crying about what these sites do.

"Does this family have a case against mugshots.com?
Flag
Asked 6 months ago - Naples, FL

An acquaintance’s relative very recently willfully ended their own life, by their own words, in large part due to mugshots.com’s invasion of their privacy. When mugshots.com included a Google still picture of this person’s house and a Google ”street view” map directly to the house after requesting removal of the mugshot, etc, this person then became seriously suicidal, per the person’s own verbal words and written words. This is also documented in police reports resulting in subsequent Baker Act (s) in fact. Does this family have a case against mugshots.com?"

another thing people can do is contact paypal DIRECTLY PHONING THEM and give them the name or business name associated with the paypal accounts at these sites and give them all the information on it and explain to them that there are huge complaints of extortion on going presently against them.

this should in theory get paypal to take action and lock their accounts. I will be phoning them about mugshots.com today. I have quite a piece of my mind to give them on this matter.

STAY ON THEM - call them repeatedly to see if they have taken action yet against them and locked their account. keep harassing paypal, google, all these mofos.

if they say no - no actiopn has been taken yet, ask them to explain to you WHY no action has been taken when they are clearly violating the law AND paypals own policy

this is a serious OUTRAGE and the entire public should be mail bombing and phoning them nonstop!

Just a suggestion:

All of these 'action steps' are great ideas, but I promise you that hardly anyone will do them if you don't make it so easy that a retarded monkey could do it. Post an e-mail address, an e-mail text for c/p, etc,
a full phone number, with instructions,
full URLs that directly point to the customer service contact points for the sites we are targeting to inform that they are helping a human jizzpot do business, and relevant KS law codes to support
ETC.

Make it easy, or no one follows these suggestions. It's been shown time and time again that 99% people stop acting just after becoming 'livid' at these kinds of injustices UNLESS they are spoon fed soft yummy instructions for their baby teeth.

I give. The site's done. Everyone's Profile pages were taken down at 3am on July 3... and thanks to the hacker who got into my computer and wiped out my hard drive, and rest of the data I had about the site on my computer sometime while I was gone around noon that day, no new pages will be added, and the site is off. I've had way to many people get into the site and screw with it, it's cost us way to much to relocate out of the area we were in... so I'm just done.

You win... I'm sincerely sorry to have pissed so many people off, caused the trouble I did, and for everything else. Wasn't my intentions... I shouldn't have come in here with a chip on my shoulder, but I did. I know the letter was worded badly, and I didn't realize it was that copy that was sent to the printer. The site was originally based on being sarcastic and rude, and as I and others that consulted with me saw the potential to turn this into a good thing, we felt that it was best to be more professional. Can't change what's been done... the past is the past, and I apologize. I tried to listen to everyone's complaints that were passed on to me from friends on the board after the fact, and I knew this is where the thread was going to go, which is why I asked Erik to take it down so I could get things corrected before it got too late. Most of the changes made were planned (going non-profit especially), and I agreed with you all about taking those not convicted off the site (except DUI charges- 99% of them don't get dismissed), but that didn't please anyone, so I'll just move on in my life to other things- mainly for the sake of my brother, kids, and my deceased father (BTW- that picture you guys have of him was taken less than a week before he died from a 3 year battle with cancer- he served our country for 38 years and was on hospice care when they took that... it took 3 of us to be able to hold him up to take that shot).

I admire you all for pulling together and voicing your opinion. Wish I could have had the time to make the changes in order to make it more satisfactory to you all without being in the spotlight. I'd still love to do it and change it to a DUI & sex based site... but that won't be receiving any of my effort anytime soon... I've got other things to work on.

I will thank you all for giving my site the attention that it did also. I got a lot of communications from people wanting to back BlabberMouth financially, and I'm considering talking to them about other aspects of what BlabberMouth could be in other ways. If anything ever comes about from it, I'll keep my word and still make the donation I told Erik I was going to on the phone- especially since you guys hooked me up with about $600,000 worth of free advertising (in PR & Media relations... "good press... bad press... it's still all press, and any press is good press!") and got my name spread.

If anyone posted my brother or dad's images on this or other sites, I would appreciate it if they were removed. You can keep my stuff up... I don't care about it, but out of respect for them (they had nothing to do with this), I ask that you give my brother a fair shot in life and not be destroyed by something I did- it's not his fault and he shouldn't have to be punished for my actions.

No hard feelings on my side... sometimes an initial idea doesn't pan out and needs to go back to the drawing board, and you guys made me realize that.

Tombstone- I love the images you did. I'll give you other pictures to use if you want to expand your creativity.

AND AGAIN... Jason had NOTHING to do with BlabberMouth. He was just someone that I talked with when it was getting going, and he was listed as an "ORGANIZER", not an OWNER... so I request that you please leave him out of this, as he nor his family had nothing to do with the day-to-day operations. now how do you think things will be for you, your partners, their career (I'm sure patients don't look too kindly on a Doctor that has been charged with extortion), and your community and website in the future when you and your partners are found guilty of extortion?

Paean fucked up, and your "0" count will go to "1" very quickly if those images and ANYTHING that has my name or identifying information, or anyone related to me on your site isn't removed from your entire site completely by 0500 on June 27, 2012. and it is to NEVER appear on it again. I will also now demand that you be responsible for cleaning up the mess that your "partners" created and allowed to happy by getting my information off of the other boards it has spread to since the first posting about me to your site.

I have the balls to do what I'm doing, and they are big enough to go after you 3. I wasn't in this business for money, but I will pursue criminal and civil action against all 3 of you, and I promise that I won't be cheap to settle with- in fact, I'll consider it a "donation" to BlabberMouth, LLC.

I'm glad you can feel "bad" for me, but unfortunately, I now feel bad for you and your partners as an "extortion" charge isn't eligible to be removed from my site, so you won't have to worry about getting one of my letters, and since it violates my "Ethics Removal Policy", there is no blackout period on notifications for profiles that have charges for extortion- Do me a favor and make sure you three smile when they take the mugshot! Kansas City is going to be seeing it a LOT. I'm giving my employees the day off tomorrow, am turning my phones off and am clearing my schedule so that I can have PLENTY of time to sit back down with my lawyer. You could have resolved this a lot sooner, but you chose not to.

Ban me from your site if you want, I don't care- all of the pages have been cached and saved 4 times on 4 different hard drives, and so has the recording.

NOW you can do the "facepalm".

Karma's a bitch, you're a dicklicking douchefuck and you deserved every second of the beating you took.

Um...taking the site down does not make the legal repercussions for your actions go away or vanish. You can attempt to rewrite history as much as you like in order to massage reality to fit your delusion.

The damage has been done and wishing it away will not make it so. Your lame attempt to escape while saving face only serves to bolster the determination of those intent on finding you guilty in a court of law. This isn't high school or Sunday school were a half assed apology while not admitting fault might buy you some grace. You messed with real people, with their lives and reputation, all for a quick buck.

I would get a real job if I were you to pay for the coming legal fees. You know, the real kind, that are paid in actual money, as opposed to your "hypothetical" lawyers that do not bill you for the time you imagine them.

What about the other 3 hard drives you had the site backed up on?

You can't even fathom the hate and disdain I have for you. Your wife should leave you and you should live alone, with nothing and noone, for a long time to think about your actions.

On to the next site.

Just wait for the legal backlash... its coming in 3..... 2..... 1......

I think three things have come from this:

1) The people of KC (or the rest of the country) will be very happy its over.
2) Your family, and friends will be VERY happy that this is over.
3) I am sure you will leave this behind you, and move onto bigger and better things

:whipping:

I thought your lease was up, and thats why you were moving? If thats the case, then that expense has nothing to do with this site, or your site.... Its just moving, It costs money, and it sucks, always has always will.......But anyways....that's not the point.

I doubt people "hacked" your site, or wiped out your hard drive. This isn't the movie "Swordfish".... its just upset people of the public, wanting to get something stopped. I know for a fact that the people that were upset with this, would much rather go through proper channels (IE: DA, writing state reps, and other avenues) to get it taken down, then risk doing something illegal on their end. Just and FYI.

For your sake if this ever does get looked into for something more, I hope you had back ups, just in case the DA or anyone else wants evidence of what happened. You might want to have access to your site, files, and data base. Just saying.

Your brother, and father did the same same same thing that your website was promoting. So if your brothers upset, make sure he is upset with you. And in good time, I am sure people will take down the postings about him, but I assure you I doubt it will come down just because you wrote one post on KCSR saying it was over.

Here is what I think the "public" would like to see:

The LLC has been disbanned,
You re-directed the blabbermouthkc.com domain to the jocosheriff.org website,
And a couple months of time go by, without you starting a new site of similar taste.

THEN people will back off, and start removing things.

AKA, its gonna take a while for the dust to settle on this one.....

JUST ME.

He is an OWNER.... I am sorry but according to the STATE OF KS, he is an owner.
Nobody cares what you say on the internet.... its listed in STATE documents as being an owner of your company. If he didn't know what he was getting into, that is a sad thing. However that is between you and him.

Sometimes people get into bad business deals, and they go bad. Sounds like this may be one of them for Jason... not in the terms of $$$$ but reputation.

Any-hoot... I'm out... Time for your victory dance in 3.... 2.... 1....

I want to make it VERY clear to everyone... Jason had NOTHING to do with BlabberMouth. He was just someone that I talked with when it was getting going and pitched ideas to, NOTHING ELSE. Couldn't help but notice the Facebook page is still up without an update? I am sure all of your "fans" would like an explanation as to why the site has suddenly disappeared.

I don't think you should expect anyone to have any sympathy for you or for any misfortunes that you brought upon yourself by launching such a site.

http://www.mugshotsonline.com/kansas/overland-park/amy-campbell-brueckner/42182652

This is not my site below, but the mugshot website owners are listed. While the owner of this site does not tell you how he knows...you can verify his claims in domaintools.com paid search (with free trial). His records can be verified in the Whois history section, and IP Server history section.

http://www.blackmail-extortion.com

Many of these owners are ex-convicts, spammers, porn publishers. These scumbags are extorting Kansas residents from Florida to the Middle East to Hong Kong to Canada and back to KC. Your elected officials have no clue. Your Sherrif's spokesman (just watched again) said about Blabbermouthkc.com, "this is not a new concept". But, I can assure you not one person at JOCO has any idea about where it is coming from.

Owner shuts down Blabbermouthkc.com, citing huge backlash

A website that published addresses and photographs of people arrested in Johnson County and offered to remove the embarrassing information for a fee shut down Thursday after a massive backlash.

Matthew Creed of Shawnee said the site would remain down indefinitely. He said he was working with possible investors and might restart it with a different focus and different name.

Creed, 30, said he received death threats and had to relocate his family, which includes two small children, after news spread about his website. Many people objected to his business concept and thought he was trying to profit off people already down on their luck.

“This guy is just a bottom-feeding vulture,” said Jay Norton, a lawyer in Johnson County who had clients featured on the website. “The idea that he was trying to help the community is a total farce.”

Many people also questioned whether the site violated state laws. The Johnson County District Attorney’s office said Thursday it still was investigating.

When Creed started the site, Blabbermouthkc.com, in May, he said he thought he had found a legal way to publish mugshots and ask arrestees for up to $199.99 to delete the information. He sent letters to dozens of people arrested in May and June in envelopes with their mugshots printed on the outside next to the words: “We know …”

The letters congratulated recipients on their recent release from jail and noted their arrests were “obviously embarrassing to you and your family.”

“We have already started blabbing to the world about your release from jail, and we want to make you aware of our services, as we kind of have a big mouth,” the letters said.

If the recipients didn’t pay up, they risked having their neighborhoods flooded with fliers about their arrests, his letter said. The so-called “blitz notification” would be triggered by a request from the public. No fliers were ever distributed.

He said he thought the system was workable but wondered whether people would gripe about it too much.

“And people griped about it way too much,” he said.

Creed said he knew he was delving into gray areas of the law but thought he remained on the right side of the legal line. If he restarts a similar business, he said he would ensure the model stays “a lot farther away from the line.”

Creed posted a note admitting defeat Thursday on kcsr.org, a local message board. Its members had united against Creed after a member who had been featured on Blabbermouthkc.com posted the letter he received from Creed. The members said they thought Creed’s business model amounted to blackmail.

“You win,” Creed wrote. “I’m sincerely sorry to have pissed so many people off, caused the trouble I did, and for everything else. … Can’t change what’s been done ... the past is the past, and I apologize.”

He also asked kcsr.org’s owner to take down photos and personal information posted by message board members about Creed’s family members who had been arrested. Creed said he didn’t care whether the message board left up the information about his own 2010 DUI arrest, but he asked it not to punish his relatives.

“No hard feelings on my side ... sometimes an initial idea doesn’t pan out and needs to go back to the drawing board, and you guys made me realize that,” he wrote.

Creed said he intended for his website to deter crime by notifying the public about people who got arrested. His site allowed users to click on a map to check on their neighbors.

At one point the site featured more than 900 mugshots of people, most of whom had not been convicted. Many had been arrested for DUI, but some were arrested for failing to show up for court for simple traffic tickets.

One person said that her face was posted on the website after a charge against her had been dropped. The 43-year-old woman said the charge came about after she locked herself out of her home over the Memorial Day weekend and broke a window to get inside. Prior to breaking the window, she pounded on her door to awaken her boyfriend, and the ruckus caused a neighbor to call police.

She was booked into jail for criminal damage to property, but a judge dropped the charge within 12 hours.

Still, her mugshot was posted and remained on the website until this week. She was one of dozens of arrestees who received letters from Creed.

“It really did scare me when I got the letter,” said Stacie, who didn’t want her last name published because she didn’t want to be linked to a criminal act she hadn’t committed. “I thought, ‘I’m being blackmailed.’

“I know these are public record, but he made me feel like some sort of criminal. … I didn’t think it could be legal.”

The letter recipient who posted his letter on kcsr.org said he wasn’t overly concerned about his DUI arrest being publicized. Instead, he was concerned that it felt like he was being blackmailed.

“It didn’t seem like he was doing it for the community,” he said. “I didn’t need someone telling me I messed up. I already knew I messed up.”

As the firestorm about the letters grew, Creed pledged to send retraction letters to clarify that he wasn’t threatening anyone. But Creed never sent any retractions because he did not know everyone who received the first letters, he said Thursday. He said that a hacker corrupted all his files on Tuesday and that he had to buy a new laptop computer.

Creed initially planned to revamp the website to focus only on DUI, drug and sex offenders. He registered his website as a nonprofit organization and removed the neighborhood service, and made other changes. But this week he decided to pull the plug entirely.

He declined to say how many people paid him to remove their personal information. But the map on his website — before it was shut down — indicated people at seven addresses had paid.

Creed said he didn’t make any money off the website. Any funds received went to offset the start-up costs, he said.

He’s now considering a member-based “safety-watch” type website, he said.

“Everything’s up in the air for now,” he said. “There are so many different avenues that this thing can potentially go before I go back and brave the firestorm I did.”

Meanwhile, the owner of kcsr.org, Erik Razdins, remained cautious.

“If it (Creed’s website) truly is down, I think it’s a great victory,” he said.

Right there is why this guy needs to pay. He needs to continually suffer in order to understand what his scumbag dealings do to people. Im still a big fan of the billboard of his mugshot. Kansas City needs to know what a horrible, dangerous individual he is. Its a "community service" that I feel we are obligated to provide.

No one hacked anything, he is a fucking moron.

Maybe less a moron and more just really crappy at lies. He lies a lot but isnt very good at it. Im with the "computer at the bottom of a river" theory as a method of removing as much evidence as possible. Since any violation would be "per count" he could have taken something very minor like probation and ended up with multiple counts, with jail time.

See the last paragraph.... "KSLR Forums" with a link here? :lolg:

I'm still finding places with coverage of the site. IF Mr. Creed were an ethical man, aside from his site never being brought into existence, he would be tracking down all of these websites/media outlets and admitting his demise. That won't happen though. The site may be down but there are still plenty of articles out there about him, the site and the people who were featured on it that he is still doing damage to their lives.

IF he does start up a new "membership" based website, I vote we kickstarter a project to purchase a membership under a "KCSR WATCHDOG" user name to make sure he knows that his activity is being monitored. The stretch goal could be a billboard. We must steer clear of using his mugshot directly, since it is illegal (see previous thread pages for exact statute, I believe it's around P100), but we should definitely hammer home the public shaming of him and his family. If he doesn't think its fair to publicly shame people for their misdeeds then his hypocrisy runs a lot deeper... well into mental illness territory.

We need someone willing to start up an LLC (costs around $50 and half an hour of web forms, which can be repaid by the kickstarter). I would definitely volunteer but I am not a KC resident, I just have friends in the legal community there and believe in direct action activism. I think a KC native should form the LLC, but I am willing to do it if no one else steps up to the plate.

hey fellow kansas citians, I am the guy that wrote the following letter to the reporter of the kansas city star, while i know that this information that mr creed publishes is termed "public" information, what needs to be pointed out though, is that it is not mr creed's responsibility to publicize it, when he does that, it becomes harassment, extortion, and if letters are sent, about pending cases, or case excerpt's could be considered slander, i was shocked that the district attorney's office did not see that a crime was being committed here, I for one am a daily victim of a few people like this, it has ruined any and all possibility of getting employment above menial labor, it has ruined my sex life / companionship in life, and basically makes a person feel worthless, i for one, have seriously considered, suicide several times because of this so-called legal bullying, seriously you people need to wake up, it's not just middle school kids harassing/bullying people on the internet, and in real life. These people exist only to make others feel bad about themselves, i am a felon, i have served my sentence, but for me it's a life long sentence because of half-wits, like mr creed, i did think it was amusing that he gets testy when people threaten him and his family, because that's what he is doing, but cannot see it, i have rights in this community, though the district attorney's office chooses not to enforce crimes against felons, . I never knew there were so many people that would be supportive , I always live by the rule, to treat others the way you would like to be treated in return, and if the other party then treats you like crud then it's on them, i just found this site, thx to kc star, and think so far, its ok, life is hard enough already, why make it harder on someone else ? I believe that someone did say something about the habitual offenders, yeah maybe they need to be called out, but not to the extreme of notifying neighbors, well unless its a cho mo , then its fair game .illy thing with the climate we live in today is, the person that serves the kid raper what he deserves, usually ends up with a more severe sentence than the offender, when in fact he ought to be given a medal

In a country that arrests, convicts, and imprisons both more total people and a larger percent of its population than any other country in the world including the worst dictatorships on the planet, the rights of prisoners and convicts is one of the most pressing concerns of the day. Unfortunately it is also one of the easiest to ignore since felons are barred from voting in most places. It truly is an ugly system that simply perpetuates a cycle of criminality and victimization, especially when the vast majority of charges are drug charges brought to bear against the poor with maximalized punitive imprisonment and almost no effort at rehabilitation, substance abuse treatment, or psychiatric help which is the root of many of these problems.

This is just one tiny victory in a long war. Out nation simply adores pouring billions of dollars into privately owned prisons too much.

i was shocked that the district attorney's office did not see that a crime was being committed here...... though the district attorney's office chooses not to enforce crimes against felons......

I am shocked too. The envelope was pushed to a new level in this case.

Most DA's won't enforce a crime like this against people that have received a mugshot, not just felons. This is why you are the perfect victim, they know no one will come running to help you.

The abuse of the FOIA makes it possible. Most cops, and I would say most DA's, don't have a good grasp of how the "intertubes" work. And very few understand that almost all the money made on Kansas citizens flows to Florida, Texas, North Carolina and to Hong Kong, Canada, France, Israel, and India. I have never seen one shread of evidence that any of the money stayed in Kansas.

How about Federal law enforcement like the DOJ? Well, that does not look like you will see much support there. Actually, you will even find several lawyers, including a retired DOJ lawyer, involved in this business.

While the KC Star did a good job of reporting, the story broke here. Unfortunately, investigative journalism has had to be taken up by the average person. This too is also well known by the scammers. They know that investigative journalism is all but dead in the MSM.

There needs to be a commitment by legislators to stop this. In the two most abusive states, Florida and Texas, this is being pushed for. With the momentum you have in Kansas, this is your chance. Not all states allow this, and some do not have any problem.

Thanks for your post.

It's actually pretty fucking pathetic. America has had a lot of firsts, but I don't think being the first nation to go from superpower to supercrap in a matter of a half century is one to brag about. It took Rome 3 centuries to fall. No fucking way America will be around as it is now in 300 years. When did the DEA get started? Mid-1970's wasn't it? Hmmmm.....

We should start a thread about how ridiculous the prison system is. For example, prison rape runs rampant and no one is ever held responsible?? Blows my mind.

Bear in mind that the US has only around 300 million people, and that those 2.5 million in the graph are just prisoners CURRENTLY IN A PRISON. The number of people that have gone through the system and are now ex-cons is simply mindboggling. Those figures also do not include those that avoided prison but are on probation, or those that served time and are released on parole. Simply unbelievable.
