Make: Datsun
Model: 280z

Title Status: Clean and in-hand
Color Exterior/Interior: black/black
Transmission: r154 5speed
Drivetrain: 1jz twin turbo

Im selling my 1978 Datsun 280z. I swapped in a 1jz ( inline 6, twin turbo ) and lowered it on sectioned struts with 240sx coilovers and weld-in camber plates. It also has ZG over fenders and 15x10 diamond racing wheels, along with a bolt-in roll bar.

The interior is fairly nice for the age. The dash has the usual cracks but I have a dash cover that will go with the car.
The swap was done by myself. The turbos are still the stock 1jz twins and I believe they are nearing the end of their lives. They smoke alittle untill the motor is warmed up. The transmission is a R154 (5speed).

The car is 34 years old so its not perfect. It has a few rust spots and dents here and there. It also has a few hail dents from the last big storm we had down here.

On Thanksgiving night, it was backed in to and the driver side fender was hit. Nothing else was damaged.I have removed the fender, but have yet to find a replacement.

I can send more pictures if anyone is interested.

As far as price goes, I'd like to get $5000 as the car sits now with no driver side fender. After i replace the fender, paint it, and re-install the fender flare the price will go up slightly.

THANKS! good luck finding one with minimal rust at a decent price. Keep an eye out in arizona or california. They seem to have to best ones on the west coast.
