I know it will be hard for you to tell without seeing the vehicle, but my sisters brand new SUV had a basketball goal fall on the hood leaving some deep scratches, some parts dont feel too bad, but a few parts are definately pretty deep. Just wondering what you think you could do about that and how much it would run. I couldnt tell in the low light tonight, But i think its about 3 scratches, maybe 7 or 8 inches long a piece.

You're right, without seeing them it will be difficult to access them. General rule of thumb is if you can drag your fingernail across it and you don't feel a grove I can get rid of it no problem. It's the ones that have groves that generally are deeper than the paint and will need paint touch up. If you would like, feel free to stop by the shop when i'm there and i can take a look at it.
