'07 STi Stock ECU Reflash

Hey guys, do you guys have the capability to flash the stock ECU to support a stage 1 map (using a device that doesn't marry to the ECU). I'm afraid the stock maps are hard on the '07's and I'd like to move away from it ASAP.

If you can do this, what is pricing for doing so and how long does it usually take?
