polished lip

i have these rims as you can see in the 2nd pic they had a chrome lip but were painted primer gray and then candy aple red. i have all of the red shit off now, how much to repolish just the lips on all 4? only a couple rash spots not that bad will file before sending the wheel in if needed

the lip was polished never chrome and Tony would make them sparkle again I am sure
