clear coat bubble

Just wondering if there is anything you can do about my fender. Im not sure how it happened but i appears to be water between the base and clear.

Unfortunetaly not. That would be a good job for a body shop.

sand it mask it off and dupli color it. its not that hard :thumbsup: prep work makes the finished product look way better
