Located below is the form KCSR.org will need you to fill out and email back the staff at cotm@kcsr.org Please include all information, contact info, include only ONE photo that is HIGH REZ durring the first E-mail. If the staff picks your car for a feature we will contact you for more photos or schedual a photo shoot if needed.

And now onto the goods....(copy and paste below into an E-mail)

SCREEN NAME: What your KCSR name is
REAL NAME: If you want (ie. john n.)
CONTACT INFO: E-mail, phone, all kept private for staff use.

Make: What brand is your car?
Model: What model is the darn thing? Not who you wanna date
Year: What is it's born on date?

Exterior Mods: Anything done to the outside?
Engine Mods: What is ticking under the hood?
Suspension Mods: What keeps it glued to the road?
Brakes: If you got more go....must have more whoa
Interior / Ice : Screens? Seats? tell all.
Wheels / Tires: Bling?Race?Brand?Size?
Future Plans: What is in the future for your car?
