Can you tune stand alone systems to run ITBs? If so can you order them and what brands can you get?

Standalone's are not a problem, by ITB's do you mean individual throttle bodies? Also what kinda of vehicle is it and what kind of motor?

Yep, that's what I mean. If there is a stand-alone system it shouldn't matter what car it's going on does it? Either way, a Focus or a Zx2, zetec motor.
You could run megasquirt or run a stand alone the comes with some ITB's, I dont know how it would act on a zx2 though, alot of time there made for caterham 7's
So you might have to put a return fuel system on it.

I've seen all that stuff. Most place either don't sell the full ITB setup or they want $2200 plus for the intake. I'm waiting on Raceline to get back to me cause they might get me the ITB at a cheaper price for being a previous customer, somewhere around $1300. The tuning products cost between $1700-$2000 w/out install or tuning. That's why I'm asking these guys Jarred, thanks for your help.

the car doesn't matter, you are right by that, but it helps me get an idea of what we are working with. Give me a call at the shop sometime so we can go over a couple things.

That's interesting but it seems a little cheap. How much does it cost to run MS Jarred.
ms about 350 after you get everything, including some stuff to test it. Then you'll need to make your returnless a return fuel system. (fuel pump)
emerald ecu is stand alone also

Like I said before, it sounds to cheap. You pay good money for good quality and those prices just aren't right.

Start selling the MegaSquirt ;)
The system is great, very flexible, and doesnt have a huge corporate pricetag attached.
