If you find a job on one of those search sites, try to find that exact job opening on the companies website. If you can apply on the companies website, apply there because you look better....
you are saying "I want to work for you", vs being a random job searcher.
FWIW - I like indeed. But I'd rather network than use a search function. I believe 60% of jobs landed are from networking. Less than 10% are from job search engine. In the middle are placement agencies.

That is why I think Indeed is great, it searches company websites in addition to all the other job search sites.

I agree,,, I also am finding when I see a job in Monster etc.. and then go to the company website, it is no longer available.
I am also doing searches in linkedin.com they are now posting jobs ... ( no luck yet )
