Reporgram my Eprom ECU vs. AEM EMS

What's the difference in these two. I have a 95 eclipse and want the cheapest way to unleash the performance of my car via the ECU.

What's the best way to accomplish this. (buy an eprom ecu or aem ems)?

As far as price they are a bit apart, about $500 difference or so.

But as far as functions go and the ability to tune everything, the AEM is leaps and bounds ahead.
