If you are wanting a B18c5 swap, and looking at the 96 spec,
Total with:
Correct Mounts (t-bracket, engine bracket, AC mount to keep AC)
Correct Radiator
Radiator Hoses
Exedy Stage 1 Clutch Kit
Timing Belt
Water Pump
Oil/Filter/Coolant
Labor
Complete Swap
Type R Throttle Cable and Bracket (makes it look clean)
The Right Axles (Type R has a bigger spline compared to USDM cars)
You would be looking right around 6800 said and done out the door.
You can also buy the 98+ type R swap for ~ 600 dollars more + you will may need a different harness adapter to use the newer ECU depending on what they send.

"If it ain't a type R, then it ain't a tight caR"
Sorry, someone came in the shop singing that today and now it's stuck in my head :)
And yes, Type R swaps can be expensive... Hell, everything can be expensive.
