work needed on my h23v

i contacted you guys about claying my h23 vtec and you guy priced it around 200 but the guy i talked too said something about assembling it to so was that included in the 200?lmk

head has

stage 3 crowers
supertech valvetrain
ferrea flat top valves
port n polish
.04 mill
