Here's a graph of one of the shop cars on e85. Didn't change anything out (parts wise) from when we tuned on C16 or 110 besides changing the injector sizing from 1000cc's to 1600cc's.

This was done on ~23 to 24psi. Spoolup increased roughly 500rpms sooner vs the 110 map that I tuned on it a couple weeks back. Not to shabby for $2.54/gal fuel.

is that all that is needed to be done when running E85 gas? just change the injector sizes? anything have to be done to the fuel lines or tank or anything along those lines?

factory tank and lines will be fine it has been done quite a few times, now aftermarket lines are obviously going to outlast the factory lines when it comes to e85 but totally necessary..no. Personally if it were my car, I would only be running e85 when it comes to high horsepower set ups where I would be changing out the lines anyways however the factory tank would always stay and either be sumped or use twin 255 or a bosch pump :yesnod:
