We order our engines from h-motors online
http://hmotorsonline.com/shop/sc2000search.cgi?what=page&item=30002
Would be the engine you are going to be purchasing.
So:
1499 for the engine
~ 200 for shipping
300 for hasport mounts
110 for the shift linkage
700 labor R&R
100 for misc wiring/radiator hoses/fluids/etc
You will need DX/LX.SI knuckles
I'd guess about 100-150 for those
You will roughly have ~3000 to 3050 + tax for the basic b16 swap in your car.
Then we really recommend changing:
150 for timing belt/water pump while the engine is out
300 for a stage 1 exedy clutch kit
40 for flywheel resurface
Which would bring the total to around 3500-3550 + taxes.
I hope that helps. Let us know if you are interested and we can get a deposit, order in the swap and get it installed.

The obd1 b16 swap does cost more, but you also don't have to buy an aftermarket mount kit along with shift linkage. I'll try to send you a price quote in the morning. Some things that will affect your price quote also is :
1) do you want to keep AC
2) Do you want to keep p/s
