My sister is looking at getting a 2000 Integra, GS I believe, and its got 100k miles. I know timing belt/water pump is a big thing to replace, so incase this has not had that done what is the going rate including parts and labor? Also the car is an auto if that matters. Thanks

It's a good time to get the tb/wp done. You will be looking at 400 to have the timing belt and water pump service done on the vehicle. We also would replace the cam plug along with the drive belts (alt, ps, a/c) for that price.

Thats including parts/labor/everything? Also any other service you recommend getting done? Can you guys do a tranny/cooling system flush? This is will be her DD so I just want to have all the preventative maintenance done

Yes, that is parts/labor on the timing belt and water pump along with drive belts and cam plug.
On hondas, it's more of a drain and fill on both the cooling system and transmission. Even the dealership never flushes those systems.
I'd say other maintainence to think about while everything is apart. Some people do spark plugs/plug wires/distributor cap/rotor/fuel filter/and a valve adjust.
They are pretty simple to do, but honda/acura vehicles are actually pretty low maintainence. :)
