You should post what vehicle make/model you have.

Our standard charge of 1 hour @ 75 per hour diagnostic applies for most "check vehicle out"

sorry, forgot to post that. its a 95 eclipse gst (obd2). It has trouble at about 2.2-2.5k rmps and is fine uder boost.
