Mount Conversion Question

I didn't send a PM thinking this might help someone else as well.

Got a 00 SI. I broke the driver's side upper mount to find it is one of those liquid filled mounts. Yippee for me right. Honda wants $76 at cost. My old EG mounts were like $40 a piece if I remember right.

Can you some how use the EG mount there as a conversion, buy 1 single aftermarket mount, or do I just pay Honda for their expensive ass mount.

I don't know of any companies that sell single aftermarket mounts. Help, my car is shaking like hell. :lol2:

I'd buy the oem replacement mount. The parts store ones do not fit as well as a honda one.

I'd opt for an OEM honda one.

If you are complaining about rattling, then an aftermarket mount kit would make it WORSE.
