House of Boost Stage 2 C5 Z06 (720hp)

We just finished up a 2004 Z06 that netted some great gains using our House of Boost Stage 2 performance package. What this package includes is:

ProCharger Stage 2 Intercooled System with P-1SC-1
House of Boost Forced Induction Stage 2 Camshaft Package
Kooks Long Tube Headers
Kooks High Flow Catted X-Pipe
Magnaflow Axle Back Exhaust

On this particular build the owner opted to upgrade to Billy Boat's new Fusion Bi-Mode exhaust system, ARP rod bolts, C6 Z06 clutch kit and add Autometer boost and fuel pressure gauges.

We were conservatively expecting between 580-600rwhp with this package being that it is ProChargers entry level P-1SC-1 and the boost is still very pump gas friendly at 8lbs. Well the first pull netted 590rwhp so we new we were off to a good start. After a few tweaks we bested 630rwhp with 550rwtq. After pulling a couple degrees of timing to keep it plenty safe we ended up with 626rwhp and 544rwtq. There is definitely a lot left in this combination if the motor had good rods and pistons in it.

No, the C5 Z06 had the 5.7l LS6 motor. Starting in 2005 and the C6 body style they came with the 6.0 LS2

Majority of our builds are from out of state but still in the midwest area. This customer was from Tulsa.

It is amazing. When the time is right I will pay you all a visit. How much power out of a 96-99 Viper could an essentially stock viper have with a big single turbo. I would want to retain the manual trans with a good clutch with some good half shafts? That is my dream car. Anywho you guys have proven your prowess with me.
