I like the black sail panel more.Best part about that sail panel is GM paid for it to get re-done because of the bubbles. At times I wish I would have just kept it black but the silver looks different because hardly any Camaro's have it body colored

I don't have any good current pics. A few things have changed externally, but not much. Added light tint and a fender that matches the original color of that car. Unfortunately the sides have been repainted at some point in time. Really really want a new paint job and new wheels.

As for cost, I did all of the work so that cut coats way down but the car has been through a couple setups before it became what it is now. To go from what I bought it as straight to what it is now really isn't that bad in perspective. Probably around 25k to replicate this exact setup (paint, interior, audio, engine, etc) including the price of the car that I paid which was only $900. Hah but again I did the work which is why it's not bad. (I.e. Fabrication, assembly, paint, tuning, etc).

Job well done.:cheers:I haven't gotten it back on the dyno since I built the new bottom end, exhaust manifold, and full turbo back 4" exhaust but I'm shooting for 700whp+ on e85 with this 6262 and then I am most likely getting a billet 6765 and shooting for over 800whp on e98 to run around on in Texas. I doubt I'll go any bigger on the turbo size than a 67. 800+ in a 2600lb car without me in it will be plenty I think. My motor, ic setup, fueling, etc is enough to handle 1000whp except for my clutch. If I went for that it would purely be for dyno queen numbers hah. I dyno'd on the old bottom end and a major valve issue only 582whp off the wastegate spring pressure no boost controller on Choung's dynoand now with the valve issue corrected and the new bottom end etc the car is faster. Butt dyno it feels easily over 600, guessing around 620-630whp. But till I actually get it back on the dyno it's all speculation. Maybe in a few weeks I'll swing back out to Choung's. Just too damn cold right now.

I have some regulars that stop by when it is warm. I parked the truck outside last year for a couple hours and every other car that drove by had to take a picture. It was pretty funny.

Thanks Kim, I have help, not all me. The 4runner was originally laid out by rocky down in texas, Im just redoing it. It was a deal that was too good to pass up, and now I can take my kid with me when I go to shows. It will be at sema next year among other shows, and yes, I plan on driving it. The frame is all done now, and headed to powdercoat. I have a long list of stuff to do. got the new control arms built, the rear setup redone, but so much more to do. It is never ending. Im still on the frame, not including the body work and the interior crap I have to do. Fun fun!

Car looks great. True 'before and after"!Thanks! I'm pulling air in from the side vents on the car and air travels back into the trunk and then through the core and exits out underneath the car with aid of 2 10" spal puller fans. Here is the best pic I have showing the fans I placed in the floor of the trunk. I also built a frame for the ic to set on and made the cut outs for the fans just the size of the fan so it create a nice shroud to get air through the entire core.

(I was building a new engine harness so that's what the mess is as I was checking lengths.)

Well the shell itself was the worst part about that car when he had it. Only thing it needed was a fresh paint job and a block w/out a cracked sleeve...haha. Sucks for all the work and money he put into that thing to find out the problem was a cracked sleeve. Such a shame. He's always been into domestics though, so the Vette is no surprise to me.

I didn't do much but repaint it with some oreilly paint in my garage, just a big truck didn't change anything just made it shiny, took off the junk ass glas running boards and sprayed the rockers(doesn't show here). Painted it with a shity 99 dollar hvlp gun, now I have a nice gund I painted the daughters truck with.

This is what the top looked like after sitting in the sun and I think the paint was 11 years old at that point and it had burned off 2-3 years earlier, shit didn't rust? I was shocked. Its still holding paint well and this was painted in 2007
