Looking for a photographer to cover a corporate event

My work is putting on their annual Spring Gala in March and we are looking for a photographer to take pictures for 3 hours in the evening. Any level of experience, but would definitely love to support an individual who is trying to get their foot in the door. This is for a very prominent company in the community. :thumbsup:

To answer multiple questions at once--

Price range is $200-$300. Again, this will be for a corporate Spring Gala event from 7pm to 10pm on a Saturday evening.

Most of the photos will be candid shots with some informal poses. IE, when individuals are getting their service award, they will all group together by years of service and the photographer will take a shot. Or, having the executives get together in a group, etc. Nothing formal like a wedding.

We would prefer to have all of the shots digitally on a disk. The images will be used internally for things like Town Hall meetings and the employee newsletter.
