Price for a VAFC tune is $150 an hour on the dyno, should take no longer than an hour at the most. If you would like to set up an appointment you can PM me here or give us a call at the shop.

is it going to be extra to play with cam gears? or just the standard 150/hour

Nothing extra on top of the 150/hr, just would add to the total time of tuning.

this might be a stupid question, but how long does it normally take to tune a car that has i/h/e/camgears with the vafc? do you think a hour?

If you would like to set up an appointment you can PM me here or give us a call at the shop.however that price will more than likely change when cam gear settings start to be changed and that would all depend on how long it takes you to dial them in.

What he meant is the total time of the tune will change when cam gear settings are to be dialed in vs. tuning just the VAFC by itself.

yep, since you can change the cam gears so much you will have to find the settings that you want and once you start messing with the intake cam you will have to mess with the timing. Which will effect the amount of time spent tuning/on the dyno
