January has been a pretty big month for some of my favorite seasonal and limited run beers. What are some of your favorites KCSR?

Stone Brewing reps were in town to check out distributers for a possible Spring/Summer release of their beers

Amazing DIPA that is difficult to find and sells out in a day. Still had some on tap at the Saucer last night

A new limited release that you can still find around town. Stong beer with a good balance of hops and malt

My favorite barleywine and one that I cellar a six pack of every year.

I live in OP but brought back some stone and dogfish beers the last time I visited my brother in NY. Hopefully a distributor will work out a deal with stone soon. A couple reps were seen at the riot room last week.

I love a lot of seasonals, but Sam Adams Winter Lager I can drink gallons of and not feel like I drank a glass of lead.

Leinenkugel has a new one out, Limited. Its a re-release of a pilsner they last made in '86. Its pretty damn good.

I posted this on beeradvocate, but here is the lineup I've accumulated over the past few weeks. Some I got in KC, some from a friend in Columbia, and a bunch from my brother in NY. I think I'm solid for a while, though most of the stouts will get aged for a bit.

24x SN Bigfoot 2011 (mostly to age)
6x SN Hoptimum
6x Hopslam
4x Founders Imperial Stout
4x Founders Breakfast Stout
4x Founders Double Trouble
12x Nugget Nectar
6x Stone IPA
6x Stone Ruination IPA
6x 60 Min.
4x 90 Min.
1x Boulevard BBQ
2x Boulevard Chocolate Ale
