Everytime I do it the pics are too large. Even if I crop them. How do you do it?

What are you using to "crop" pics with? MS Paint can do it as well as various other programs, the easiest I have found is photobucket (They have an edit that makes it "website/avatar/email" sized.

I have just learned to download pics to my computer and move them to photobucket. Just slow at these things as well as others.
