Alright here is what I have:
1997 Honda Civic Hatch
Looking for a solid every day driver that I can show off on the streets if people think its just another ricer.
I would like to be able to say that it beats my 5.0 that I have built with a 347 stroker but it probably will never make numbers like that.
This car is my daily driver but I need some more umph out of it.
I wouldnt mind swapping a ITR, gsr, h22a, b16a1, into it if thats what you guys recommend. Can you give me a price quote on what you guys can do for me?

Is this a bone stock virgin Civic? Do you have any parts already purchased that you want installed? What type of power goals and racing do you plan to do with the car? What type of budget do you have to work with?

This civic is bone stock 112k on body.
I am looking to do some lowering springs, Cold air, dc headers, type r cams, intake manifold, hasport mounts, incar tuner, possibly a boost application.
I am looking around 5k for the swap I will get the bolt ons as I can afford them.
I would really like a street legal mustang beater

With just a GSR swap you are looking at making 150 - 160 whp. With any b-series swap you are going to need motor mounts, linkage, axles, etc. With this swap in parts and labor you will be under the 5k budget you are looking at achieving but not quite the street legal mustang killer.
You don't have to go Vtec right out of the box and you can do an LS motor swap and boost it as you stated above this was a possiblity. This may be the best bang for the buck as you will be around 225 - 250 whp. You may end up spending a little more than the 5k budget you intended on doing but that is dependent on new vs used parts, ramhorn vs. log style manifold, etc. You can alway's add Vtec later as well.
Here's what I was thinking in regards to pricing for the LS-Turbo above:
~1500 for motor/tranny/linkage/axles/mounts...all stock
$550 PTR Ramhorn T3/T4 manifold w/38mm w/g flange
$595 Garrett turbo (50, 57, or 60 trim)
$700 Intercooler, Mandrel bent aluminum i/c piping/Couplers/T-bolts
$225 Tial 38mm Wastegate
$225 Tial 50mm BOV
$295 PTE Injectors from 525cc to 880cc; I'd suggest the 880's
$110 255lph walbro fuel pump and kit
$380 Custom Downpipe/Dumptube
This does not inlclude labor for all of the above or tax, just wanted to give you an idea of pricing for some particular parts individually. We will have some wiggle room as far as pricing goes for an entire package as well.
A clutch will also be needed for any of the above swaps.

Here is a link to an LS-Turbo setup we tuned last year.
The components that are different than what I quoted above are aftermarket rods, pistons, cams, and headstuds.
This one makes over 340whp on 91 pump gas
