I have a grill that is about 5 years old. Had a very low low flame, not enough to heat or cook food. I pulled the tank out swished it around , knew I had liquid, could hear it. Figured it had to be the regulator. Sure enough I pulled the rubber line that has the reg. attached to it off the grill(it the one that attaches to the tank), blew some compressed air in it, mine has a blow off port on the bottom of it. I could hear it hissing. Hooked it back up to the tank leaving the one end open to the air. Turned the tank on and there was an obvious volume increase. So anywho if you find yourself with a low gas flame, try that , see if that gets it going for you again.

oh to clarify the compressed air was blowing in a reverse direction of the gas flow :) sorry!

swung by Lowe's to pick up a door and perused the grill area, they have a pretty nice selection of replacement parts, burners, ignitires, iron grill, ceramics etc..... Let the BBQ'ing begin!!!!!
