I am 17 years old and i've been working out for a while now but the gains are minimal because of my lack of protein. I was wondering if these protein snacks would be ok:2 boiled eggs, couple table spoons of peanut butter, and probably about 3 protein shakes a day be ok? Too much fats? Just looking for stuff that is easy to pre-fix. Also I weigh 157 lbs. Sorry for the stupid questions. I am just wanting to make sure I'm this is ok and is going to be affective when trying to gain muscle.
