View Full Version : Hill climb on a snowmobile
2011-02-23, 06:52 PM
Went to the Snowy Mountain Range this week to do some sledding. My girlfriend bought me a GoPro so I could get some vids while I was up there. This is one of my favorites from the trip. Wind was about 40 mph killing visibility. Maybe next year if I'm feeling ballsy I'll rent an M8 mountain sled and try the Widowmaker.... lol

I used to board on Snowy Mountain Range when I was going to school in Laramie. Looks like you had a blast!

It was! I'm working on editing all the footage now so I can give a DVD to all those that went. It's definitely a good time and is a great way to break the winter doldrums. That camera did a great job doing the footage also. I'll be using it this year while racing hare scrambles and motocross. I'm also going to try to mount it to my water ski and see how that comes out lol.
After actually have climbed that hill and knowing how tall it really was in person, I still break out in a cold sweat and my hands get tingly every time I watch it. Talk about a rush!
