My maintenence required light is on in my 02 civic ex. It has a 1.7 in it. It came on a couple days ago so I did and oil change thinking that would take care of it, but it's still there.
What else does the system detect that needs maintenence, or is there a way I can just reset it?
I'm going to work until 5 and won't be around my phone so just text me at 913 526 6471. Thanks!

There is a way to reset it. Just read your owners manual, it will tell you how. I ve done it, but can't remember exactly how.

I believe the maintenance required is just a set reminder to do your regular maintenance. You just turn it off, look like the guy said in your manual.
The check engine light is the one that turns on when something is wrong, and that's when you take it to advanced auto parts and have them throw check your codes.

so are you wanting to take the car into Revline or are you asking a tech question in the sponsor forum?

EASY* turn off your car. push and hold the little button on your cluster gauge then while still holding on it turn on your key to where you can see all the lights flash on your cluster. Hold the little knob on your guage and watch that maint reg'd go out
