how much would it cost for you guys to make a custom test pipe for my header/exhaust combo. the header eliminates teh cat and i was told my gap would be around 5-7inches. its 2.5inches, also how much would it be for you guys to install the header/exhaust?

$125 + tax to install the header and make the test pipe section. This is of course assuming you have the flanges for both ends of the test pipe.

i dont have anything for the test pipe, would i be able to get a deal if i had you guys install the header/exhaust and tune the car w/ vafc? do you think id make alot of gains tuning with vafc? or should i use a different tuning system? im going with vafc for now because i dont plan on getting any more mods. later if i decide to get cams/gears i will probably go with hondata. i dynoed 158 at revline stock and i want to at least make more than the "stock b18" that put down 176 on your sticky! :lol2:

I'd have to see what flanges we have laying around that would work for your application, more than likely we have them if not we can get them same day. With the VAFC we can dial in the a/f's as well as the vtec x-over, but nothing as far as timing. With Crome Pro atleast I can put in a map and tweak a/f's and timing as well as vtec x-over all on the stock ecu, much better than VAFC imo. With this you will need an ecu that's chipped or able to be chipped. The tuning is the same as $150/hr for a basemap and all out power on the dyno, you can check the tuning info. for all your options in the dyno thread at the top of our section. Pricing for chipping the ecu is not included in this.
