as title says im gunna need someone who can replace the points on my 71 dodge charger its a dual point distrutor one up top one below but need someone who REALLY DOES KNOoW WAT THERE DOING NOT JUST THINK THEY CAN and when you replace them you obviously need to space them so bring a dwellmeter or somethin

will pay wats asked if reasonable due to having to come to my house in olathe to do it

Service call charge. 50 bucks to leave the shop and 100 per hour gone till he returns. I'd guess 3-400 should cover it.

Just so you know. There isn't many places that either A: Mess with dual points any more (should have the dizzy on a machine to set easy). Or B: leave thier warm shop and all thier tools to come to your house and work on a car.

Your best bet would be to convert to electronic ignition. You can get a distibuter and box and the junkyard for under 50 bucks and be done with it. If you can't set them yourself you'll spend alot of time and money on them.
