I want to do something with the water that comes out of my sump pump. When I moved in , it used to just drain next to the A/c pad and created a large hole, when we moved in not to long ago I bought some pvc pipe to at least get the water away from the foundation. What should I do with it now?

Hard to get a good feeling for the topography in that pic, but wouldn't you be fine if you came straight out, perpendicular to the wall of the house, across the AC pad, then end at the pad into a splash block? Rule of thumb is, you want water running at least 6' away from your foundation.

Your right, it is hard to tell how much they yard slopes, the house is a view out basement so it has a decent slope to it. I thought about the splash block but was trying to think of something more permanent and that I wouldn't have to mow around. I've seen a couple houses where the pipe goes underground.

dig a trench and hook it up to pvc pipe out to the fence line and put a pop up on the end so it can drain out. kinda like tieing in your gutters underground but this time its a sump line you dont even have to use pvc you can use the black perferated pipe or hell even the one with a sleeve bottom line is bury that bitch

Thats what I think I've settled on. Could I run it to my river Birch tree , so the tree is watered from the discharge or would that flood the tree? I don't know much about river birch's.

you could also consider installing a dry well:
