That would creep me out. I keep noticing a window in my house that is randomly opened from the inside w/o the storm window being opened on the outside and I know nobody in the house has done it, so i'm starting to believe in ghosts.

My grandparents used to own a funeral home, and when my dad was a boy, they lived upstairs in the funeral home. Personally, if it is a good business move, I would do it.

Sure. I don't see why not. Ghosts are bullshit. If it's a good deal then I'd take it.

what are your plans for it? buy it and flip it? live in it? or start a business?

what is it zoned for? if it is commerical, will you have to follow code to fix it? I love the old woodwork, and some of these homes have a great history to them.... but look for some more issues with it,, especially if they are selling it "as is" such as foundation, termites... etc...

as for ghosts.. who knows.. maybe just make it into a haunted house for holloween!

Kind of funny you mentioned this. I was at a funeral a few months back and was looking around the place and just kept imagining how badass of a house it would have been.
