For sale are pretty much brand new Linea Corse Lemans 18x10 +30 offset 5x114 rims.
Price: $1,100 firm, in no hurry to sell these.
It can be a little startling… You’re sleeping (at last) and you wake up for some reason. Even if your baby has the most beautiful eyes, when you wake up all groggy and see those eyes, wide open and inches from your face, drilling calmly into your soul? You might not say it, but maybe you think, “AH!!! Heh heh! Hey there, little one! Heh heh. Aren’t you supposed to be asleep? Uhhhh. How long have you been there… uh, staring… at me?”

Some sleeping situations can be scary, like finding that someone is awake when you thought they were asleep. C’mon. How many times has THAT bit been used in horror films? A scene showing a close-up of a sleeping or apparently unconscious face, and then suddenly –POW!!!– eyes pop open with some freakish, loud sound. Scary stuff. I’m not saying that co-sleeping is like a horror film, but I’m sure some parents would.

It’s got its good side though. When parents watch their kids from the door at bedtime, it’s a Hallmark moment. You may even hear the comforted sighs from a crib or giggles from a bedspread. Very sweet. But being watched when you sleep has a line that can be crossed where it gets creepy. If you woke up with someone and they told you that they’d been watching you for hours and hours while you slept? Or all night long? Yeeeeeah, sweetness and romance just left the building. Just sayin’.

3500 roller or 7000 with engine, headers, trans, msd, vic jr, hp750 etc

I reluctantly have come to a point where I must sell my winter project car. It is a super solid foundation. It does have some very vintage mods but that is part of what makes it cool. There are the 1/4 panel flares and the all wood dash that date when this build was done. Also has some cool touches like shaved handles and trunk lock. The body is RED and the interior is black. Interior is very nice actually and I do have a complete stock black dash in good shape. Front bench seat is non matching dark green and needs to be redone or replaced with buckets. The door panels are in great shape. The floor pan and trunk have no rust holes and the front frame and firewall are painted in epoxy black that has a good finish still. Chrome radiator support and upper a arms add their own touch. Brank new Hooker SBC headers. 4 wheel manual drums (all new parts). I do have auto and 4 speed brake/clutch pedals. It's a 12 bolt car with old school Lakewood traction/ladder bars. I have a full set of 15in ralley wheels 6in and 8in. The hood has a hole in it from the last engines tunnel ram but it doesnt match the paint anyways so it will likely need a hood unless you wanted to put a scoop on this one. This car is complete.

I had originally planned to do a carb'd 6.0 lsx (l92 heads and Edelbrock Vic Jr with msd 6012) with a built 200 4r (2004r 200r4) transmission and have those parts that can be purchased also.

I can answer any questions or show the car to anyone interested. I will not sell the car for less than 3500

For the car along with complete ready to bolt in 60k mile (yes I have proof) 2007 LY6 engine with carb and stainless swap headers headers, built trans with stall and wiring, msd 6012 and many more swap parts.... $7000 firm

So currently I'm driving a 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited with the 5.7 Hemi and QD2. The best MPG I have achieved city driving is 14 mpg and normally I sit at 12.9-13 mpg. Now on the highway driving conservatively I have gotten a best of around 23 mpg.

I really enjoy the Jeep but the Tahoe's are really appealing for a number of reasons from comfort, to a bit more interior space, etc. I'm not thinking of making a switch anytime soon, but the poor mpg's of the Jeep got me wondering...

What real world MPG's could I expect with the 07 Tahoe 4WD? Would it be very similar? Would it actually be worse? Could a tune increase mpg's enough to make it worth it? I have seen all sorts of anwers online from people getting 10 mpg to people routinely reporting 14 mpg city. I assume highway will be less and it's quite a bit bigger...

Picked this up with a horrible rod knock with 49000 miles on her. Bought it two weeks ago ordered a 40,000 mile replacement engine from midway and swapped it in my free time at work. The only pain in the ass was the engine was from a newer model so I had to swap all the brackets, accessories, oil filter housing, manifolds. That took just as long as the actual in and out. But all in all I've got about 5 hours in labor in it. Not to bad if I say so. It's a 1998 25th anniversary fully loaded LS. Heated leather seats and a pretty damn good factory stereo. I wish deals like this happend all the time. It was pretty filthy from sitting under a tree for several months with no bath, but it cleaned up pretty well. Still need to polish the wheels and wax.

Good morning KCSR. Today is Monday February 6th, 2012. It is the first day that I will be at my new job  After being at Midway Ford for about 8 years, I decided that I needed to change some things in my life. I took up EA's offer and applied to Mercedes-Benz of Kansas City. Gonna miss the guys at Midway, but looking forward to making new friends and taking on new challenges:cheers:

Hope everyone has a great day
