KCSR.org is the sole owner of the information gathered on our site. We do not share any of the information that we collect with any
outside organizations. We will only make an exception when required to do so by law, or in the good-faith belief that such action is
necessary to cooperate with law enforcement agencies. If all or part of KCSR.org is sold or transferred, we will take steps to assure
these same principles apply.
We collect user access information for logging purposes plus statistical analysis and internal research purposes to help us understand
who is using our site and to become better equipped to serve your needs. For each visitor to our Web page, our servers log the visitor.s

From time to time, we may use customer information for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in our privacy notice. If our

Data Security
KCSR.org has technological and operational security functions in place to protect personally identifiable information from loss,
misuse, alteration or destruction. Only authorized employees have access to the data you provided and that access is limited by need.
Our employees who have access to the data you provided have agreed to maintain the confidentiality of such information. We always use
industry-standard encryption technologies when transferring and receiving consumer data exchanged with our site. We have appropriate
security measures in place at our physical facilities to protect the information that we have collected.
Confidential Information
By utilizing our services, our active customers may process and store confidential information on our systems. Prior to any confidential
information being provided, KCSR.org discloses its confidentiality practices through our End User License Agreement that is signed by
both parties. All confidential information passed by our active customers takes place in an encrypted SSL session. Authorization of
active customers is achieved through the use of a digital certificate, username/password combination, and proprietary authentication
techniques built into our services.
KCSR.org maintains copies of all versions of our confidentiality policies. If there is ever an occasion when changes to a less
restrictive policy are made, KCSR.org will notify our active customers of the new policy. Confidential information for those active
customers who do not agree to the new policy will be isolated and will receive continued protection under the old policy throughout the
length of the active customer.s current contract.
