Company Promise and Responsibility Agreement
Royal Car Care of Kansas City (RCCKC) promises to treat your vehicle
in a professional manner while it is under my care. It will be
serviced and returned to you at an agreed upon time frame.
I would like to thank you for entrusting your vehicle to my care. I
would like to acknowledge that although many things are done to
guarantee your car's safety while in my care, accidents can and do
happen. Neither RCCKC nor I will be held responsible for things that
may happen to your car such as but not limited to ...
ACTS of GOD, Car accidents that are of no fault of an RCCKC employee,
past damage to the vehicle found during cleaning of the vehicle, or
unforseen issues with the vehicle that are of no fault of actions
taken by employees.
Also it should be noted that many of the chemicals, polishes, and
even the water used in car detailing have a risk of permanently
altering the drivablity and/or appearance of your vehicles
mechanical parts, paint, carpet, and other surfaces. Although I use
nothing but long used, self tested, chemicals and procedures there
is always a chance that damage could occur. RCCKC will not be held
liable for these unforseen and irreversible damages.
Lastly, if an unforseen accident should occur, that is the fault of
mine, RCCKC nor I will be held liable for more than the car’s
owner’s insurance deductible, or $500, which ever is less.
Although I have had very few cases of any of the problems listed
above occurring while RCCKC has been in business, nor during the
20 years I have been working on vehicles, every customer should be
aware that there is a chance damage may occur.
