Have been cutting the last two-three months trying to get rid of this belly. Got up to 203# bw and now I'm right around 178. So 25lbs down, little faster than I should have dropped but whatever. Think I'm going to keep dropping tell I hit 170 or so, then start bulking back up to 200 again.

One of my goals over the last two years was to hit 1000 lb on the three lifts. Didn't even realize it, but when I maxed out last I got 995 total. Kind of pissed I didn't add 5lb to DL or squat. But I know I was right there, so that makes me happy at least.

Strength has fallen off a cliff, so I have been trying not to even think about what I'm putting up. Just get in there and try to push myself.

Have been sleeping like crap again, so trying out a few different things/changes to try and fix that. Might end up doing a sleep study if it continues, just don't want to bust out $2-3K for it, but if that's what it takes so be it.
