Slight update:

Still training, but have taken a few friends under guidance to help them grow in their BB offseason. Have taken the past 5-6 months pretty easy, no diet, workout 3-4 times a week. Holding 212 waking up, and all of my lifts have stayed solid.

Finally ordered a belt as I'm more comfortable with ~450+ deadlifts with it. Since I'm maintaining a higher bw currently, I'll take the opportunity next month when my schedule frees more to increase my training frequency to see if I can hit some PR's before the end of the year.

Proud of a dude I'm helping. 228lbs and pulled 585x10 then 635x3.

Also, dlove will be getting membership money from me soon so I can lift at his in-home gym when I visit TX next
