Is it worth the money to get this taken off my record? I know it's gonna put points against me and make insurance go up so I'm wondering if I should get this taken off or just take the points?
In almost every circumstance, it is worth it to try to amend a moving violation to a non-moving violation. You not only save the points against your license, but you keep your insurance rates lower.

Feel free to contact me via pm or my office email (mepstein@roeandepstein.com) if you have any other additional questions.
