The gym doesn't have any and frankly I can't see how it would help. My hands sweat only a small amount. Granted it could help I'll just build my grip the old fashion way.

That certainly would be! I must have missed how I somehow implied that I was rocking two DBs.

dude, who's gym has it besides maybe sylva's metroflex? you buy it yourself. it is FOR grip. it has little to do with how sweaty your hands get. why dont you actually try it and then decide if you like it or not. its 2 dollars at a backwoods store.

so...you're doing an overhead press with one db? I'm trying to imagine how that would look and all i can come up with is like a close grip press with two hands on one db...

in which case, wtf are you doing?

As evidenced today and yesterday, my naming of exercises is way off, especially when I'm tired. I was doing an overhead tricep extension.

I would suggest trying standing EZ Bar French Press. Using a preacher curl pad set to the highest/tallest setting for a little back support. Just something to try.
