no spark
i got a 93 hatch....
i started it up and went to take off and died has no spark has fuel have changed dizzy main relay ecu checked fuzes checked grounds checked most of the wires may have over looked something so a buddy came over today and tryed another dizzy that we hooked up didnt work so he hooked up a volt meter and the input sig is only 3 volts is it sopost to be 12v i know nothing about it someone please help thanks
