Andy Reid making dumbass decisions. Chiefs up 10-0 and he onside kicks it? Now it's 10-7 . Defense looks slow and derrick Johnson had a huge missed tackle and allowed a 20 yard td.

That hit on Smith was fucking DIRTY. He clearly pushed his head into the ground.

Concussion protocol is laughable, smith was wobbly af after the first hit but came back in and got blasted again, not to mention his neck twisted awkwardly

both hits should have been penalized. The last hit was 100% illegal, hit a sliding QB and hit in the head.

He literally shoved his head directly into the ground and his neck twisted really awkwardly.

Someone posted something stupid, but true.

Smith got a concussion and lost his job to Kaepernick.
Smith got a concussion and could be out and replaced by foles. (it won't happen unless he is seriously injured and out multiple days)

Two straight weeks of dirty hits on Alex Smith and no flags. If the same hits would have been on Brees or Luck instead of Smith I don't think that would be the case.

The NFL is, more than ever, a fucking joke.

I completely agree. And i will say dumb play call on Reid for having a QB run to the left.

problem is they look at guys like him different.

Even Cam Newton got screwed again with the calls.

Carson Palmer asked the ref simply "3 flags in a row??" and the ref then threw another flag on him...

officials are shit lately.

Josh Norman ripped the officials as well, specifically calling one out by name.

Alex and Cam are similar and different (running qb's, even with Cam's size)

This thread is dead and the Chiefs are 5-2, yet if they're on a 4 game losing skid it'll gain 15 pages... lol.

Hate is a great motivator for posting on KCSR.

And hear about (Seahawks player i think) that hugged a ref and got a flag. It's just getting ridiculous.

It is nice beating them at Lucas Stadium. Sucks that Alex can't really claim the win.

They need to get rid of ties.

I think they said there were 5 concussions in the game. That field quoted from players is barely a step above playing on the old astro turf that was like concrete.

I could only imagine hitting your head like that. Tamba Hali said he thinks most players get mini concussions from playing on that field weekly.

Doesn't Alex technically get the win since they were winning when he started and played?

I tried to look and couldn't find anything. Alex has never beat the Colts previously so i am not sure. I can see either one.

It wasn't just a hug and let go. It was a run up to him and hug and while hugging kind of jumping around in a semi circle like a fairy and then letting go.

I thought it was funny as shit

I just love how the NFL says you are "entertainers" act like it, but no you can't entertain people....no celebrating at all.

NFL is getting boring, flag, commercial, flag, commercial, 2 min break, commercial, FG, commercial.

half the league sucks, minus a fee QB's from the old days, there really is no star power right now.

Do away with Thursday night football, and move it to Sunday mornings. I enjoy watching football at 8am on Sundays. No reason to have 3 days of football, give me all day Sunday and a Monday night game that's watchable.

Lighten up on the flags, and loosen the grip on what players can do after a TD. They might see ratings go back up.

Packers cut knile Davis. Essentially chiefs receive no compensation for the trade

You give him five carries and two receptions and you cut him? They are looking for a cheap all star.

I wonder if they figured they could re-claim him?

they only owed chiefs compensation if he was with the team for 3 games... they cut him after 2.

Either they are shady like that... or he wasn't getting the playbook (but 5-10 touches total over 2 games is garbage)...
or they have a trade lined up for another rb (maybe darren mcfadden from cowboys).

My opinion is we are beating bad teams.

Foles seems like he might be the key to the offense really taking off but he will be shelved again as soon as Smith can play.

It seems like we are on a similar trajectory of last year where we will make the playoffs but lose once we play a good team. No way in hell this teams can go into Foxborough or Pittsburgh and beat either of those teams in the playoffs.
