I love my 6.0. As long as you do the maintanence it will last. But if you want to get crazy with the power do the arp head studs and be done with it.

I've been thinking about upgrading to a ECSB 2wd 1 ton. Also I think it's been said but no company makes a 3/4 or 1 ton in a RCSB, only a RCLB.

I'm sort of in the same boat, I want a pre 03 7.3 to dd and pull a car to the track here and there, but don't know the problems of them, what to look for, pros and cons.. Ect. The truck would have some sort of programmer, intake and exhaust too. I've also looked at a couple duramax's and would be willing to go that route. My budget is about 13,000, but I just don't know what to look for when it comes to buying one.

We have a 2005 Ram 2500 with 86,000 on the clock at work that we run nothing but biodiesel through. Runs great, not a hiccup.
