Default DSLR for Video

Hey guys I am going to pick up another camera probably pretty soon.

I want to get into videos, since my 50D doesn't have a video function. I have looked into the 5D, and the 60D, what would you guys suggest in terms of getting quality video out of those two? The 60D has a swivel LCD, I believe none of the 5D's have one. Is there any Nikon cameras that are recommendable? (I am a Canon guy)

Thanks

i shoot stills and video, and have been contemplating between the 7d and the 5d2 for a long time. i've asked everyone i could that has either one, and everyone i've asked has told me to save up and go for the 5d2. i'll be picking mine up by the end of the month. my friend just bought the 5d3 and its freaking amazing, especially at low light. while filming the latest feature length movie i worked on, he used it in virtually no light and we were able to see better on his live view screen than we could with our own eyes. full frame is also awesome compared to the crop sensor. that being said, we filmed almost the whole movie on a 60D and i've found some used ones for around 500-700. if you need it just for video, i'd really look at the t2i/t3i and install magic lantern. its the same sensor as the 60d and 7d, but cheaper. use the money saved to get some good glass.

Actually picked up a 60D, with a 10-20 lens / 50mm lens. The setup is works great and the camera's quality is actually pretty nice. I considered the mark 5d2 but the swivel LCD is so useful for photography!
