Post Turbo B16 Oil Level help

With my turbo setup hooked up will I need to add more oil than the indications on my dipstick or do I just fill it to the regular levels? I was told I need to make new indication lines on my dipstick, any info on this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

If motor is bone dry, id start of putting the normal amount adding a touch more to fill the filter and turbo. Id say 4.5 is a good start.
